| Hersey Announces Sale of BEECO Backflow Line | 12.03.07 |
We have the pleasure of informing you that MIFAB, INC. has purchased the Hersey Meters BEECOŽ backflow preventer product line. We are pleased this line will continue to be
available to our customers who have purchased BEECOŽ products since the 1940's.
The acquisition was completed November 15, 2007 and included all BEECOŽ backflow preventer sizes, 3/4" to 10" of models FDCII, FRPII, NO.2, 6CM, 6CMDA and DDCII backflow
devices and parts manufactured.
Starting December 1, 2007 all orders for Backflow parts should be entered directly with MIFAB.
As always, the motivation to serve our customers better is the driving force in making this decision. By limiting the scope of peripheral products offered, it allows us to focus on bringing new metering products to the market.
